Cabanlas inspects subd projects in Balubal, Camaman-an, Lumbia
COUNCILOR Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, led the ocular inspections last week of subdivision projects in Barangay Balubal, Camaman-an, and Lumbia.
The councilor was joined by the representatives of the City Engineer’s Office, City Housing and Development Department, representatives of the King Sun Plain Homeowners Association, Davao Joyful Homes, and Pueblo de Oro, developers of the proposed subdivision projects.
In Barangay Balubal, Councilor Cabanlas, together with the inspection team, personally checked the site of the King Sun Plain Subdivision.
During the inspection, Engr. Eva Gales of the City Engineer’s Office identified the location of the area where the detention pond will be installed. It was learned that the area is supposedly intended for parks and playgrounds.
The inspection team also inspected in Barangay Camaman-an the proposed subdivision project of the Joyful Homes Realty Corporation.
The committee likewise checked the La Aldea Del Rio subdivision of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation in Barangay Lumbia, which covers an area of 43,029 square meters containing 437 units.
The inspections were made in response to the applications of the developers for Subdivision Development Permit (SDP) of their respective projects.
After thorough review, Councilor Cabanlas favorably endorsed the three applications to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action. (SP/JBDacer)
