Cabanlas inspects proposed condo project in Canitoan

Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, on Friday personally checked the proposed socialized housing condominium project to be developed in Barangay Canitoan.

This is in response to the application of Communities Cagayan, Incorporated for the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of its MidTown Towers Condominium project.

The condominium covers a gross area of 18,159 square meters with two 12-story buildings.

During the inspection, Cabanlas focused on the compliance of establishing a proper drainage system. He also advised the developer secure a barangay resolution interposing no objection to the proposed project.

The inspection was joined by Engr. Eva Gales of City Engineer’s Office, representatives of the developer and of the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).

Councilor Cabanlas favorably endorsed the application to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action.
