Cabanlas cmte to tackle subd concern tomorrow

The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas will convene tomorrow at 9:00 AM at the City Council Session Hall.

The committee will discuss the petition of Bloomingdale Phase II Homeowners Association in Barangay Iponan against the opening of the perimeter fence at Block 26, Lot 25 that will connect the subdivision and Bulao properties, in violation of the Liberty Land Corporation’s Restrictions and Servitude.

The committee will also tackle the endorsement of City Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez regarding the proposed resolution authorizing City Mayor Rolando A. Uy to apply for special patents in favor of the city government to six properties in Barangay Carmen.

Also included in the agenda is the offer of the property owners to sell their 630 sq.m. property to the city government located at Osmeña Extension, Barangay No. 25.

Councilor Cabanlas invited to attend the meeting the representative of Bloomingdale Subdivision –Iponan, president of the Bloomingdale Subd. Association, City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario Raagas, Atty. Kenneth Tamala of City Legal Office, Engr. Armen A. Cuenca of City Local Environment and Natural Resources (CLENRO), and Joshua M. Del Bando of the City Assessor’s Office.
