Cabanlas cmte tackles application for alteration of plan on subd project
THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas reviewed recently the application for the alteration of plan of Monte Cielo Heights in Barangay Tablon.
Leoland Realty Development Corporation, developer of the subdivision, applied for the alteration of plan since portion of the subdivision’s Blocks 1 and 2, are affected by the 3.00-meter road widening of the Butuan-CDO-Iligan Highway.
The developer intends to decrease the number of saleable lots on the portion of Block 4, 5 and 6 from 37 to 32; 19 to 15 and 26 to 23, respectively.
Also to be altered are Blocks 35, 36 and 37, specified as parks and playground excluded area and reserved area, which will be increased from a total of 8,200 square meters to 10,521 square meters due to modification of the subdivision scheme.
The committee favorably endorsed the application to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action.
