Cabanlas cmte oks A.O. Ranises subd plan application

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, chaired by Councilor Atty. Edgar S. Cabanlas, has favorably approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) application submitted by A.O. Ranises Trading & Realty Co. and Seriña Ranises Emano. The plan covers an area of 5,317 square meters, encompassing 80 lots located in Barangay Macasandig.

One of the beneficiaries of the housing project shared that the land had long been donated by Dra. Seriña Emano to support families in need of housing.

The area, she mentioned, is equipped with essential utilities such as access to roads, electricity, and water, and it has already received certification from the DAR. With these factors in place, the beneficiary expressed hope that the project would receive the necessary approval.

Cabanlas remarked, "If the location is suitable for subdivision, then let us approve it."  He emphasized the preliminary nature of the application, noting that it is a clearance for the subdivision plan.

Detailed discussions and further requirements will be addressed during the subsequent application for a development permit.
