Cabanlas cmte endorses PSDP of two subd projects

The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas favorably endorsed the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the Navona Court subdivision project in Barangay Lumbia. Developed by Johndorf Ventures Corporation, the proposed subdivision project covers an area of 16,144 square meters.

During the meeting, Engr. Eva Gales of the City Engineer’s Office recommended the approval of the PSDP, noting that the developer already complied with all the requirements.

Likewise, a representative of the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) endorsed the application as the developer submitted all the required documents.

Meanwhile, the committee also recommended the approval of the application of A. Brown Company, Inc. for PSDP of its subdivision project: Saint Therese Phase 2, with an area of 23,618 square meters, located in Barangay Balulang.

According to the representative of the developer, the proposed socialized housing subdivision has 47 houses, which is an expansion of the existing subdivision classified as a Socialized Housing Project.

With this, the committee favorably endorsed the two PSDP applications to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Cabanlas for appropriate action.
