Cabanlas cmte endorses DPof CDORSHP-Phase 4 project

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas favorably endorsed and recommended the approval of the application of the city government for Subdivision Development Permit of Cagayan de Oro Resettlement and Socialized Housing Project-1, Phase 4 (CDORSHP-1, P-4).

The socialized housing project covers an area of 31,338.17 square meters containing 260 lots under BP 220, which is located in Barangay Calaanan.

The City Housing Board and the City Engineer’s Office endorsed the application with conditions that a detention pond should be provided prior to any development on project site. Mitigating measures should be implemented to prevent, reduce or control adverse environment effects of earthworks in land development, and be monitored throughout the developmental stage.

The developer shall also be responsible for the declogging of any siltation and eroded materials that may affect a waterway or any adjoiningresidential area caused by the development.

Councilor Cabanlas referred the application to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Q. Nacaya for appropriate action. (SP/JBDacer)
