Cabanlas, Abaday check proposed condo, socialized housing projects in Lumbia

COUNCILORS Edgar S. Cabanlas, chair of the City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate with Councilor Roger G. Abaday, conducted an ocular inspection at the site of the proposed condominium and socialized housing projects both located in Barangay Lumbia.

This is in response to the application of Liberty Land Corporation for a Development Permit (DP) for its socialized housing project: Summerville 2, covering an area of 28,743 square meters, containing 323 lots.

On the other hand, Communities Cagayan Inc., applied for a Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) for its condominium project: Belmonde Towers, covering an area of 22,456 square meters, with 14 building floors.
