Budget of Brgy 9 OKd

THE implementation of more projects and programs in Barangay 9 is in the offing.

The City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted a resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 9 its ordinance covering its annual budget for 2021 with the information that it is operative in its entirety.

The barangay has an estimated income of P2.9 million this year with expenditures of the same amount.

Out of its 20-percent Development Fund, the barangay allotted funds for the declogging of canals, construction of drainage systems, and rehabilitation of street lights, among others.

The barangay budget was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively.
