Annual Budget of Brgy 33 OKd

The City Council during its regular session last October 17, 2022 presided over by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn “Bebot” B. Rodriguez, approved a resolution returning to the Barangay Council of Barangay No. 33 its Ordinance No. 01, series of 2022, covering its Annual Budget for CY 2022.

The Council found the said barangay ordinance operative in its entirety.

The Annual Budget of Barangay 33 has an estimated income of P3,346,383. It was learned that the barangay’s income came from real property tax-due component, real property tax-equal sharing, business taxes and licenses, other taxes-community tax, sand and gravel. It also came from miscellaneous-Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), government service fees and other charges, government business operations, grants, city aid for barangay police and among others.

Its operating expenditures include personal services, maintenance & other operating expenses, non-office expenditures, 5-percent calamity fund with 30-percent quick response fund, and 10-percent SK youth development fund.

The barangay budget was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
