Alteration plan of subd project in Lumbia OKd

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the alteration plan of a portion of Gold Residences Subdivision project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The developer intends to change the classification of the specified 65 lots/units from BP 220 to PD 957, and the delineation of Block 12 from the approved slope protection area/reserve area to open space, covering an area of 22,565 square meters.

This includes PD 957 containing 65 lots/units and BP 220 economic housing project containing 40 lots/units as applied for by the Liberty Land Corporation, developer of the subdivision.

This is, however, subject to conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department, and City Housing Board.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
