Alteration Plan of memorial park in Bulua OKd

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the alteration plan of a portion of the Golden Haven Memorial Park-CDO Phase I, located in Barangay Bulua, as applied for by the Golden Bria Holdings, Inc.

The developer intends to utilize the reserved area of the said memorial park with an area of 2,921 square meters as apartment niches, columbarium, walkways, toilet, and parking area, generating 2,298 saleable lots.

This is, however, subject to the conditions set by the City Engineering Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD).

For this purpose, legislators amended Ordinance No. 13781-2019, as amended by Ordinance No. 14025-2021.

The alteration plan was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
