Alteration of plan of Westwoods Village Subdivision project okayed

THE 20th City Council headed by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez gave its go signal to the application of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation for an alteration of plan of Westwoods Village Subdivision Project in Barangay Carmen.

During the regular session Monday, legislators enacted an ordinance approving the alteration of Westwoods’ Block 5 (Lot 7), Block 7 (Lot 7), and Block 9 (Lot 6) so as to change the land use from buffer lots to road lots which cover an area of 553 square meters, and to develop additional nine lots or units measuring to 2,175 square meters.

The Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas sponsored the ordinance.
