Alteration of Plan of subd project in Tablon Okd

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Rainair Joaquin V. Uy approved the alteration of plan of a portion of Monte Cielo Heights Subdivision Project in Barangay Tablon.

Leohland Realty and Development Corporation, developer, applied for changes in its approved development plan which will affect the number of saleable lots, and areas specified as parks and playground, among others.

Based on the technical evaluation of the City Engineer’s Office, a portion of Blocks 1, 2 and 3, and road lots 1 and 2 were affected by 30.00-meter wide Butuan-Cagayan de Oro – Iligan Road (BCIR) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-10).

For this purpose, legislators amended the Ordinance No. 13357-2021, the development plan of the subdivision.

The alteration plan was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya.
