Alteration of Plan of Scions subd project OKd

THROUGH an ordinance, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the Alteration of Plan of a portion of Scions Subdivision project located in Barangay Kauswagan, as applied for by Escalicas Land OPC, developer of the subdivision.

This is to consolidate the subdivision lots into one saleable lot for proposed socialized housing project and PD 957 mid-cost condominium project purposes. The affected portion of the subdivision project covers an area of 1,245 square meters.

The approval is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) and City Housing Board.

The developer is required to submit the project’s drainage impact assessment and certification from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for the drainage outfall that will connect to the existing drainage of DPWH, among others.

The legislation was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
