Alteration of plan for proposed condo project in Lumbia OK’d

THROUGH an ordinance, the 20th City Council during its 32nd Regular Session presided over by Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez approved the Alteration of Plan of Bria Homes CityVille CDO Subdivision project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The Bria Homes, Incorporated, developer of the subdivision, applied for the alteration of plan, particularly portion of Blocks 1 to 7 and five road lots with a total affected area of 11,863 square meters, which is reserved area for its proposed condominium project.

This, however, is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department. The alteration of plan was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
