THROUGH Ordinance No. 14139-2021, the 19th City Council during its regular session presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy approved the alteration of plan of a portion of the City Employees Socialized Housing Project located in Barangay Lumbia.

The project would now have 282 regular lots and 19 lots (medium rise building-456 units) based on the new subdivision plan.

For this purpose, the legislative body amended Ordinance No. 13613-2019, which approved the application of the city government for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) covering a total area of 106,020 square meters or 10.6-hectare lot.

City Mayor Oscar Moreno informed the legislative body that the project is intended for the City Hall employees.

He said the lots comprising the area subject for alteration have not been or never been sold to any person, public, private or any other entity.

The ordinance was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
