Alteration of land of subd project in Cugman up for study

THE request for the alteration of plan of the VillaFlora Subdivision Phase II in Barangay Cugman will be tackled by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas.

The Villaflora Phase II Subdivision Homeowners Association requested the committee to convert a portion of a parcel of land with an area of 667 square meters from community facilities to a residential area.

According to the association, VillaFlora homeowners used a parcel of lot belonging to a certain individual for the installation of the water pumping station and another residential lot which was used as a reservoir of the subdivision.

The homeowners asked the lot owner to allow the replacement of the property citing that it would be prejudicial to the homeowners if the water pumping station and the reservoir will be removed and transferred to another location.

The Gavel learned that the association is composed of 130 household members.
