Additional garden lots of Divine Shepherd Memorial Park okayed

THE Divine Shepherd Memorial Garden located in Barangay Bulua will soon have more garden lots for residents who plan to provide their loved ones a final resting place.

This, after the 20th City Council, during its regular session, presided over by City Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP), as applied for by the Divine Shepherd Memorial Garden, Inc., developer, for its expansion of the memorial park.

The expansion garden lots cover an area of 2,702.2 square meters, containing 560 plots. The approval by the City Council of the PSDP is subject to compliance of the conditions imposed by the City Engineer’s Office, the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board.

The Committees on Subdivision and Landed Estate and Laws and Rules, both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, sponsored the ordinance.
