Achas joins Pakigbisog Homeowners Assn 38th anniversary

Minority Floor Leader City Councilor Christian Rustico Achas graced the 38th anniversary of the Pakigbisog Homeowners Association, Inc. last October 19, 2024, in Barangay 26.
