8-storey twin towers soon to rise in Brgy Macasandig

TWO new condominium projects will soon be developed in Barangay Macasandig.

The 20th City Council, during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez, approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of an eight-storey twin condominium project of Ridge Garden.

The proposed projects of AZ Developers Corporation will have an area of 3,502 square meters with 326 units.

The City Engineering Office and the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), however, imposed certain conditions for the approval of the condominium projects.

The legislation was thoroughly reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
