Brgy dads want SP to declare parts of Kauswagan as calamity areas

THE barangay council of Kauswagan requested the City Council to declare parts of Zones 5 and 3, as calamity areas in view of the strong wind that partially damaged properties amounting to P5.1 million.

According to the barangay, this is necessary for the release of funds to the affected calamity victims.

The barangay resolution was referred to the City Council committee on barangay affairs chaired by Councilor Yan Lam Lim for appropriate action.
