Acenas to inspect subd projects in Balubal, Indahag

AN ocular inspection at subdivision projects will be conducted by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. this morning at Barangays Balubal and Indahag.

This is in relation to the applications for Development Permits (DP) of Ayana Subdivision in Balubal and Ecoverde Sierra Phase 2 in Indahag.

The subdivision lot of Ayana Subdivision covers an area of 23,074 square meters containing 178 house and lot units, while the lot of Ecoverde Sierra Phase 2 contains 22,538 square meters with 234 lot units, The Power learned.

The applications for development permits filed by D’ Mapple Development Corporation and MCDC Ecoverde Homes Corp. were endorsed by the City Housing Board and City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) for approval.

The City Engineering Office likewise endorsed the approval of DP. However, developers were advised to consider the declogging of any siltation and/or eroded materials that may affect waterway or a residential area as maybe caused by said development of the subdivision, as initial recommendation of city engineers.

Representatives of the City Housing Board, City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) and City Engineering Office were invited to join the inspection. (SP/JBD)
