DPWH bares status of infra projects implemented in Oro
THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) submitted to the City Council headed by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy the status report of projects undertaken in Cagayan de Oro City as of January 2019.
Based on the report, completed projects include the bypass/diversion roads of the coastal road, including road right-of-ways and slope protection, Lapasan section; construction of the city’s drainage system at Camaman-an and poblacion in the second district; and widening of the permanent bridge to more than two lanes in Agusan and Alae, among others.
According to the DPWH, the implementation of some projects have been suspended due to road right-of-way (RROW) problems.
These projects include the construction of bypass/diversion roads in some areas; the construction of the Macabalan-Bonbon Bridge and access road and construction of the Balulang-Macasandig Bridge and access road.(SP)
