2019 Budget of Mambuaya OKd

ANOTHER barangay will now be able to implement its programs and projects for the year.

During the regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, the 18th City Council adopted a resolution giving the go signal to Barangay Mambuaya to implement its Annual Budget for CY 2019 with the information that it is in order and may be given force and effect.

From its estimated income of P4.2 million, the barangay allocated P687,955 representing its 20-percent development fund for the purchase of garbage truck, livelihood and development project, rehabilitation of stage at Sitio Aura, rehabilitation and re-gravelling of barangay roads, declogging of canal and improvement of multi-purpose hall.

Meanwhile, it’s 10-percent SK fund in the amount of P427,856 will be utilized for sports and cultural activities, training and seminar expenses, and rehabilitation of the barangay stage.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees of barangay affairs and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Yan Lam S. Lim and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya. (SP/JAO)
