Budgets of Balubal, Bayabas OKd

THE barangay councils of Balubal and Bayabas will soon be able to implement their respective plans and programs for the year.

The City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy adopted resolutions returning to the barangays their ordinances covering their budgets for the year with the information that these are in order and may be given force and effect.

Barangay Balubal has an estimated income of P5.1 million as against expenditures of the same amount while Bayabas expects an income of P11.9 million.

The barangay ordinances were reviewed by the committees on barangay affairs and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Yan Lam Lim and Ian Mark Nacaya, respectively. (SP)
