PALC of subd project in Balubal OKd

THE application of D’Mapple Development Corporation for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of its Ayana Subdivision project in Barangay Balubal was approved by the 18th City Council during its regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy.

The subdivision has an area of 22,297 square meters which will make available 200 lots/units.

The developer is, however, required to provide rain harvesting facilities and a detention pond and conform to the minimum design standard set forth in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of B.P. 220.

The ordinance approving the PALC of the subdivision project was endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules chaired by Councilors Dometilo Acenas, Jr. and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya, respectively.
