Alteration plan of Tuscania subd OKd

THE 18th City Council during its 77th regular session on Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy enacted an ordinance approving the application of Land Resources Corporation, for Alteration of Plan of a portion of Tuscania Subdivision, Kauswagan.

The alteration is due to an error pointed out by the HLURB that a certain area of the parks and playground was sold. The 500 square meter acquired property is intended to replace the sold area. Specifically, the parks and playground as well as the open space of the said property shall be relocated from north-eastern portion to south-western portion of the subdivision.

The legislation was reviewed and endorsed by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules respectively chaired by Councilors Dometilo C. Acenas and Ian Mark Q. Nacaya. (JAO)
