Acenas acts on PALC of Xavier Estates lots

COUNCILOR Dometilo Acenas Jr., chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, led the ocular inspection at Xavier Estates located at Upper Balulang.

This is in response to the application of A. Brown Company Inc. for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) of Phase 4F with an area of 34,711 square meters, Phase 5B with 20,852 square meters, Phase 6 Ignatius Enclave with an area of 90,573 square meters and Terraces in Phase 6 with an area of 28,763.

The inspection was done in coordination with Engr. Eva Galez of the City Engineering Office, Engr. Isidro Obligado of the Cagayan de Oro City Housing Board, the City Planning and Development Office and developer of Xavier Estates.

During the inspection, Councilor Acenas reminded the developer to construct a detention pond in the subdivision project.

Engr. Galez and Engr. Obligado favorably endorsed the approval of the PALC, noting that the developer has already complied with all the requirements.

The committee favorably endorsed the application to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action. (JBD)
