Cag de Oro to host PCL M’nao Island Congress

CAGAYAN DE ORO will be hosting the Philippine Councilor’s League (PCL) Mindanao Island Congress this year.

Councilor George Goking, PCL City Chapter president, said a meeting was recently held to plan for the activity.

During the City Council regular session Monday presided over by Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin V. Uy, Councilor Goking announced that the Mindanao PCL gab will be held on July 5 to 7 at the Atrium, Limketkai Center.

The PCL is expecting 800 to 1,000 delegates to attend the activity, he said.

According to Councilor Goking, Davao Mayor Sarah Duterte and other distinguished figures will be invited as guest speakers during the PCL affair.

As this developed, the City Council adopted a resolution signifying the interest of the Cagayan de Oro PCL Chapter to host the prestigious congress.
