Acenas to inspect proposed subd project in Agusan

THE City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. will conduct an ocular inspection on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the proposed subdivision project in Barangay Agusan.

This is in response to the application for Development Permit of Mangoville Subdivision, which is being developed by A. Brown Company.

The ocular inspection was agreed during the meeting last week with representatives of City Engineering Office, City Planning and Development, City Housing Board and the developer.

The subdivision lot covers an area of 3.5 hectares containing 235 saleable lots, The Power learned.

During the meeting, Engr. Eva Galez of the City Engineer’s Office, said the subdivision is adjacent to Taekwood Subdivision. She said the developer of the subdivision has already complied with all the requirements.

The City Housing Board endorsed the application of the subdivision. However, the developer was required to construct a detention pond in the subdivision project within a year from the issuance of the Development Permit.

Councilor Acenas invited the technical team to join the scheduled inspection on Wednesday. (JBD)
