Acenas cmte OKs alteration plan of Carmenville Subd

THE application for Alteration of Plan of Carmenville subdivision located in Barangay Lumbia was favorably endorsed by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr. to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action.

This, after the committee tackled the application with the representatives of the City Planning and Development Office, City Housing Board and City Engineering Office which recommended the approval of the application as minimum requirement were complied with.

The Alteration of Plan of the subdivision covers the re-blocking, resizing and deduction of lot from 67,579 square meters to 44,843 square meters since portion of the approved development plan was identified by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as timberland area.

Meanwhile, the committee also endorsed to the committee on finance, budget and appropriation chaired by Councilor Edna Dahino for appropriate action the request to appropriate the amount of P421,150 for just compensation to a lot owner whose properties were affected by the proposed widening of Kauswagan road.
