2 mid-rise residential projects in Kauswagan OK’d

A PROPOSED 17-storey and 14-storey mid-rise residential development project will soon be developed in Barangay Kauswagan.

This, after the 20th City Council during its regular session Monday, presided over by Presiding Officer Pro Tempore Councilor Romeo V. Calizo, enacted an ordinance approving the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of Intalio Flats Primea – Phase 2, with 718 units, as applied for by the MagnaHomes, Inc.

The approval of the PSDP is subject to the conditions imposed by the Office of the City Engineer, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and other government agencies.

The legislation was sponsored by the committees on subdivision and landed estate and on laws and rules both chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas. (JBDacer/SP)
