Laws and Rules

The Committee on Laws and Rules prepares the rules of the body, study, device, and report better methods for the smooth conduct of the body’s proceedings. The committee shall also prepare the agenda for the session of the body and furnish the members thereof with a copy of the same to be delivered to their usual place of residence at least twenty-four (24) hours before the session during which said agenda is set for discussion. Furthermore, the committee shall study, investigate and report on the legal aspect of all matters and measures, including proposed motions, resolutions, ordinances, or the revision or amendment of any existing ordinance and all legislation, recommended for enactment.
