Health, Nutrition and Health Insurance

The Committee on Health and Health Insurance studies, investigates, and reports on all matters concerning health and social health insurance, measures seeking the prevention and cure of diseases, and the implementation of universal social health insurance for indigents as well as the maintenance, operation or expansion of the City Health Department, City Hospital, all Health Centers throughout the City, and the City Health Insurance Office.
